# Perry's Steakhouse Lawsuit

> The attorneys at Herrmann Law filed a new lawsuit against Perry’s Steakhouse on behalf of all current and former servers who have worked for Perry’s Steakhouse at any location nationwide in the past three years. The lawsuit alleges that Perry’s Steakhouse unlawfully took their servers' tips and used those tips to lower their labor costs and pay the wages of non-tipped employees in violation of federal law.
